What are Industrial Utility Cables?

The Multiflex Australia XCH-300 Series – Industrial Utility Cables are designed for many purposes.  Cables are made with exposed wire for pull only applications and with rod and sleeve for push pull.

What are Pull Only Cables?  These cables do exactly that; cables that are designed to transmit a pull motion between two mechanical devices.  They are often used for parking brakes and are both easy to install and maintain.  Applications are as diverse as agriculture, earthmoving, marine, construction, forklifts, transport and many other types of mechanical equipment, the list of applications is extensive!

Our cables are designed to suit:

  • Recommended for low load applications to activate latches, switches, throttle cables, valve cables, stop levers, chokes
  • Open end cables should be only used in pull only applications
  • Cables have 2" or 3" travel include to allow push pull applications
  • Suitable replacement for Morse or Teleflex cables

Key Features:

  • Uses Version 3 EDGE Conduit for a more flexible cable – making it easier to fit around corners or tight spaces
  • Red “T” handle for high visibility
  • Can be built to custom lengths

Our FACT SHEETS show all the specifications and Accessories to go with our cables; what end types, how much travel and reference diagrams.
